Where is my financial information stored?+
Readable personal financial records are kept in an encrypted browser vault. The central SQLite database is used for account, access and protected platform metadata rather than readable portfolio tables.
Do I need to connect my bank?+
No. Quanrel can be used as a manually maintained financial workspace. You decide what to add.
Can I track UK investment accounts?+
Yes. The app supports common wrappers such as Stocks & Shares ISA, GIA, LISA, SIPP and pension accounts, with custom options available.
Can I track crypto?+
Yes. Crypto assets can be tracked with exchange or wallet context and market-price information where available.
Does Quanrel calculate Zakat?+
Quanrel provides configurable Zakat estimates based on the financial information and assumptions you choose. It is a planning tool rather than a substitute for qualified religious or financial advice.
Can the administrator see my portfolio?+
The product architecture is designed so ordinary admin/database access does not expose readable user financial records.
Can I back up my data?+
Yes. Quanrel supports encrypted vault backup and restore.
