Frequently asked questions

Is the free plan actually free forever?
Yes. The Starter plan has no time limit and no credit card required. You can use it as long as you want on one website.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Sign up for Pro or Business and use the full plan for 14 days at no charge. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
What counts as a tracked session?
A session is one user's visit to any page that has your Quanrel script installed. If a user visits three pages, that's one session.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're unsatisfied within the first 30 days of a paid plan, contact us and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Is my visitors' data safe?
Quanrel does not store personally identifiable information. We track interaction patterns (clicks, field fills, timing) but never names, emails, or payment details.
